Repairs, Installations and Entry Systems
Most calls start with a gate that drags, stalls or won’t latch, but the work runs from new driveway gates to the operators and keypads that run them.

Our swing gate stopped closing all the way and wouldn't latch, so the dog kept getting out. Called and Luca was out the next afternoon. He found the hinge post had shifted and the gate was sagging, reset the hinges and adjusted the latch so it catches every time now. He was patient and answered all my questions. Dog hasn't gotten out once since.
Our gate opener kept reversing for no reason and we were tired of getting out of the car to shove it closed. The tech came out the same day I called. He cleaned and realigned the safety sensors and found a loose wire at the control box too. Gate closes every time now. Quick and well worth it.
Rolling gate was screeching and jerking every time it opened. Called Speer and the tech found a worn track wheel and a guide roller that was seized up. Swapped those out and it runs smooth and quiet now. Showed up on time and explained what he found before starting. Left some grease on the post but thats minor. Was in and out in under an hour.
Had them out to replace the keypad on our sliding gate after it quit responding to half the codes. The tech was friendly, parked out of the way so we could still get in and out, and had the new keypad wired and tested in about an hour. If I'm nitpicking, he got here near the end of the window, but he did call to say he was running late. Price was fair. Working perfectly since.
A Denver Gate Company Since 2010
We repair, install and maintain gates across Denver. Most calls come from homeowners with a gate that drags, stalls or won’t latch; the rest from apartment complexes, HOA entrances, warehouses and fenced commercial lots, where an access gate has to work every day.
Before we pack up, posts are checked for plumb, the gaps at the hinges and latch are measured, and an object goes in the gate’s path to prove the sensors stop and reverse it. Luca Bailey, who owns the company, has every gate run through full open-and-close cycles, with each keypad code and remote tested, before it is handed back.
I started Speer Gate Services in 2010, when most requests came by phone and most gates opened by hand or with a basic remote. These days customers often send photos before the first visit, so I arrive with the right parts. The goal is the same: a gate that opens and closes when it should.
